  Ordered 2 party platters from this location and called in day of to ask if they could be done a little earlier or if they could give me a call half hour before it was done. Staff was rude and would not budge or accommodate at all.

  Good food, good service. I wish the parking lot was laid out a bit better with lines for parking stalls but otherwise a nice place. Super busy at lunch time, be prepared to wait in line.

  4:30pm today. I had an enjoyable time with the female staff who was making my order.
  I order specifically a "cup of hot water." I had a purpose for that.
  Valentus coffee packet. But it could have been my own tea.. whatever. The male associate who just rang in my order saw me stir my water , and said in front of 6-8 customers across the store 20 feet: "DID YOU JUST STEAL COFFEE?"
  
  I said "no", 'you just gave me hot water. I added my own packet."
  
  I was so embarrassed and humiliated by this stupid accusation. He just handed me a cup of hot water. I clearly had a purpose for it.
  He saw me stir it. And called this across the store??? He directed me there to the table for the lid.
  - DID NOT DUMP MY WATER.
  - DID NOT OBSERVE ME PUT IN MY VALENTUS COFFEE PACKET
  - DID NOT OBSERVE ME EVEN GO NEAR A SUBWAY COFFEE CARAF.
  
  Stupid people should not deal with the public.
